NJ AVALON — Avalon Planning and Zoning Board approves three-story mixed-use building at 2899 Dune Drive. The board unanimously approved application PZ #25-10, which grants preliminary and final site plan approval, design waivers, and a D-3 conditional use variance to demolish the existing commercial structure and construct a new building with an office on the ground floor and residential units on the second and third floors. The board also unanimously appointed professional services for 2026: Christine Feketics as Board Secretary, Joseph H.
Maffei as Board Engineer and Professional Planner, and Paul J. Baldini, Esquire, as Board Solicitor.
