Planning Board Approves Two Development Applications

NJ AVALON — Avalon Planning and Zoning Board approves new residential development and commercial addition. The Board voted 10-0-1 to approve a new single-family dwelling at 5475 Dune Drive, filed by 5475 Dune Drive, LLC and represented by Keith A. Davis, Esquire, of Nehmad Davis & Goldstein, P.C.
Board Engineer Joseph Maffei reviewed his June 4 report on the project. In a separate unanimous vote, the Board approved a memorializing resolution for Tide Holdings, LLC at 2688 Dune Drive, granting a variance and site plan waiver for permanent roofing, a fence, and conversion of an existing shed into a pizza kitchen.
