NJ AVALON — Planning Board approves Windrift expansion with variance relief. The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved a memorializing resolution for the Windrift project at 105 80th Street, granting c(2) benefit variance relief and preliminary and final site plan approval to expand the property's second-floor tiki bar and third-floor outdoor terrace areas. The Board also unanimously approved prior meeting minutes from January 13.
Vice Chairman Chuck O'Hara announced his resignation from the Avalon Home and Land Owners Association, citing his new position on the Board.
