The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved a memorializing resolution for the Windrift project at 105 80th Street, granting c(2) benefit variance relief and preliminary and final site plan approval to expand the property's second-floor tiki bar and third-floor outdoor terrace areas. The Board also unanimously approved prior meeting minutes from January 13.
